If you have health insurance, but we do not participate with your plan at this time, you are still welcome to be seen. However, payment is expected at the time of service (please see Payment Policies).

We will be happy to submit a courtesy claim to your insurance company and you will be reimbursed according to your plan.

Cost of Visit: Our office visit fee averages $135.00. Any additional services such as x-rays, sutures, labs etc, are billed in addition to the office visit.
